BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) is a 4.5-year undergraduate degree program that trains individuals to become physiotherapists, specialists in restoring and maintaining physical function and mobility through non-invasive techniques like therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and electrotherapy. The program includes a 6-month mandatory internship where students gain practical experience in hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Duration: 4 years + 6 months internship. Eligibility: XII with PCB from Recognized Board. Fee: 75000/- per year Subjects Covered: Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry, Pathology and Microbiology, Orthopedics and Neurology, Exercise Therapy and Rehabilitation. Career Opportunities: Physiotherapists, Researchers, Lecturers, Home care physiotherapists, Sports physiotherapists and rehabilitators, Medical coding analysts, etc. Salary Range: INR 2 LPA - INR 8 LPA, based on experience and specialization.
