Course Description
Bachelor of Arts OR Bachelor of Science in yoga: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Yoga focuses on the historical, philosophical, and theoretical aspects of yoga, while a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Yoga emphasizes the practical, scientific, and management applications, often incorporating anatomy, physiology, and wellness strategies. Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Yoga
